F.A.Q.
How does your sliding scale work?
You need not “prove” your income to me in any way — I trust that you will pay what you can afford. Examples would include if you’re someone who is struggling just to pay the bills, doesn’t have savings, a 401k or other investments, someone who rents and lives paycheck to paycheck, then you would pay the lower end of the sliding scale. If you’re someone who has some money to put towards savings or other investments after paying your rent or mortgage, if you can afford to get a meal at a restaurant more than once or twice a week, please consider paying somewhere in the middle of the sliding scale. If you’re someone who owns a home, makes more than $50,000/year, has a savings account, 401k or other investments, etc., please pay the higher end of the sliding scale. By your decision to be fair and generous if you have disposable income, you make my work more accessible to those who have less than you, so I thank you!
What does an energetic healing session look like?
We begin any session by talking through what you would like to get out of it. For healing sessions, I find it's best if you're relaxed so you may lie down or sit in a comfortable position. My practices are hands-off so unless I specifically am guided to sweep energy off of you, for instance, I will not touch you (and I will always ask for consent beforehand). But given the ongoing pandemic, I’m doing almost exclusively distance sessions.
For the most part I am still, eyes closed, and in a deep meditative state working on you. If at any time you need to get up, move around, speak, ask questions, use the restroom, etc. you are completely free to do so! It's always best to take care of yourself--the energy will continue working! Occasionally I will play gentle music or solfreggio sounds, but usually we will work in silence--if you have a preference, please let me know!
What does spiritual coaching look like?
We begin any session by talking through what you would like to get out of it. For spiritual coaching, sometimes we will be on a steady trajectory developing rituals and strengthening skills, sometimes we will pop around with what we're intuitively drawn towards working on together, sometimes we will go deep into meditative states to work on certain skills, sometimes we will just talk through any questions or issues you want to address...It's all up to you! No two sessions are the same!
What does a home blessing look like?
We begin any session by talking through what you would like to get out of it. I will ask you to get very clear on what energies you wish to call into your space. We will select a handful of words that best represent these desires and use them throughout the blessing. We can call in any ancestors, guides, or other spirit helpers you wish to assist us in blessing the space. I will often burn Eastern Red Cedar that I harvest locally and sustainably to cleanse the space with smoke and usher out anything that no longer serves you. As we do this, we will call in the energies you wish to fill your space with. We usually end by thanking any spirit helpers we called in, sending them on their way, and “bubbling" up your space with a protective spell.
What about “bad” or “negative” energies?
It’s true that by opening up the spiritual “gateways,” we also open ourselves to encountering less-than-desirable energies or entities (not everything is rainbows and unicorns!). To ensure that such energies don’t stick around (or don’t come in to begin with), I have an extensive practice of protection I put up around where we’re practicing and also a series of “tests” I put any energy through that wants to come in. I’m completely invested in keeping us all safe and protected! I only work with the highest vibrational energies that come in with intentions of love, healing, gratitude, and peace.

“In our work together, Kiki has helped me learn to relieve anxiety by grounding my energy and to ease pain in my body through releasing tension I didn't know was there. I so appreciate her intentionality in setting and respecting boundaries, her affirmation of my autonomy over my own body, and her dedication to practicing in culturally ethical ways. Healing is truly the work she is meant to be doing.”
